Position Details

• Title: Operator C, Production Team Member
• Location: Saint Peters, MO 63376
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Pay schedule: Weekly

What You Will Do

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as needed throughout the shift
• Run equipment including a robotic welder, projection welder, tumbler, and small press
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer specifications
• Package and sort products according to established standards
• Identify and contain defects as part of the quality process
• Accurately record production data associated with your job or work order
• Handle small to medium sized objects, materials, and tools on a routine basis
• Complete housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, removing scrap, and stocking raw or finished goods

What the Employer Is Looking For

• Prior experience with hand tools or light industrial equipment is a plus, but not required. The employer is prepared to train the right candidate.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are what will set you apart.
