We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing healthcare team in Tampa, Florida. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive clinical environment.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and treatment techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Follow all safety, compliance, and infection-control standards.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Florida.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Must be willing to travel to Brandon and Wesley Chapel if needed. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
