Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Material Handler and Inventory Clerk for a metal processing and distribution company in Saint Louis City, MO. This is a hands-on, keep-moving role with steady day shift hours and competitive pay at $19/hour.

The Details

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Location: Saint Louis, Missouri 63137
• Facility: Non-climate-controlled metal processing and scrap distribution environment

What You Will Be Doing

• Operating a stand-up double deep (SD) forklift approximately 40% of your shift to move pallets of scrap material throughout the facility
• Loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Performing inventory counts and replenishing stock as needed
• Keeping accurate records as an inventory clerk alongside your material handling duties
• Sweeping and cleaning the work area during downtime to maintain a safe, organized facility

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is required for this role
• Background in material handling, shipping and receiving, or a scrap/metal processing environment is a strong plus
• Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled industrial setting year-round
• Reliable attendance and a steady, detail-oriented approach to inventory work
