MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Boiler License Preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the apartment property
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine building inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
• Maintain boilers, heating systems, and related equipment
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, painting, and basic renovations
• Assist with snow removal, grounds maintenance, and seasonal property upkeep
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or property maintenance experience preferred
• Boiler License strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
