Express is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening with a Longview, TX apartment complex. This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff. This position requires a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great conditionRepair various plumbing and electrical systemsPaint and drywall repairsCommunication with apartment tenants about repair needsMake apartments move-in readyPay is starting at $18/hr.Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm.
