The Inventory Analyst supports daily inventory operations, maintains accurate stock records, and ensures smooth communication between departments. This position is designed as temp-to-hire, offering a pathway to long-term employment with a stable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory tracking — Monitor, update, and reconcile inventory levels across systems and physical stock.

• Data entry — Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports using spreadsheets or inventory software.

• Communication coordination — Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse staff, and management to resolve discrepancies.

• Reporting — Prepare daily/weekly inventory summaries and highlight issues or trends.

• Administrative support — Assist with filing, documentation, scheduling, and general office tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Office experience — Prior administrative or clerical background.

• Communication skills — Strong written and verbal communication for cross-department coordination.

• Attention to detail — Ability to spot discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

• Computer proficiency — Comfortable with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and basic inventory systems.

• Problem-solving — Ability to investigate and resolve inventory issues.
