Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. This role is responsible for inspecting parts and materials, identifying defects or non-conformances, documenting inspection results, and working closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues, and accurately document findings
• Complete inspection reports and maintain quality records
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns
• Utilize basic computer programs to enter and maintain inspection data
• Follow company quality procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Quality Inspector experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience identifying defects and quality issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
