A growing automotive remanufacturing facility is seeking motivated individuals who are looking for a career, not just a job. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work in a production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Unbox and stack cores on pallets
• Wash, inspect, and quality-check parts
• Install seals and perform final assembly
• Tear down transfer cases and sort components
• Operate production equipment and testing machines
• Balance parts and prepare components for welding and machining
• Match and verify parts against work orders and billing materials
• Replace parts from inventory and verify measurements
• Perform grit blasting, painting, packaging, and final product preparation
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

Qualifications

• Industrial manufacturing experience required
• Automotive teardown experience and/or automotive knowledge preferred
• Quality assurance experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Strong math skills and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-motivated, organized, safety-conscious, and dependable
• Must have exceptional attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and physically demanding environment
• Facility temperatures may reach 110°F
• Steel-toed boots required
• No shorts permitted
