Overview

A General Laborer  will perform a variety of manual and operational tasks to support construction, installation, and maintenance projects. This role is entry-level to mid-level, requiring physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with setup, dismantling, and site prep 
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery as needed 
• Prepare and maintain job sites by cleaning, organizing, and removing hazards 
• Help assemble and disassemble temporary structures like scaffolding 
• Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions 
• Assist in site clean-up and maintenance tasks 

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor and work in all weather conditions 
• Previous general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required 
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA standards 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
