OVERVIEW

Express is seeking a Spot Welder for a local company in the Sanford, NC area. In this role the associate will perform a variety of weldments to a variety of parts to assist in holding jigs and fixtures together.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regulating current and set timings
• Following standard operating procedures
• Determining correct amount of welding points
• Visually inspecting pieces and checking parts per blueprint

 

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+Months in spot welding or welding position
• Reading blueprints, drawings, process sheets and job specifications
• Ability to weld stainless steel, Aluminum, CRS, Galvannealed metals
• Lifting 50lbs throughout shift
• Must meet background and drug screen requirements
