What You'll Earn

Schedule
Monday-Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Candidates should be flexible to support occasional off-shift needs in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
• Develop maintenance and sanitation plans for weekends and facility shutdowns
• Coordinate parts kitting for maintenance and engineering projects
• Analyze equipment failures and support root cause investigations
• Prioritize improvement initiatives using breakdown history and maintenance FMEAs
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution
• Review, improve, and create preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain and champion maintenance FMEA processes
• Interface with OEMs, vendors, and customer leadership
• Assist in identifying critical equipment and reliability risks
• Facilitate and audit planned maintenance systems
• Lead preventive maintenance planning meetings
• Prepare reports and data for key operational meetings

You'll Play a Key Role In
• Daily Global Facilities reporting
• Weekly PM planning and weekend maintenance scheduling
• Monthly Maintenance FMEA reviews
• Continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and performance

What We're Looking For
• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience will be considered
• Ideally 5+ years of maintenance planning, facilities, maintenance coordination, or project management experience
• Candidates with 1-2+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of maintenance systems and processes
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with maintenance software systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
