Position Overview

The Sr. Account Executive will focus on achieving sales targets and market goals within the Hawaii and Guam market segments.

Key Responsibilities

·         New business development & sales growth: Focuses on generating new accounts and expanding business in key regions (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam) through proactive sales efforts.

·         Customer engagement (face-to-face priority): Spends the majority of time meeting clients in person to build relationships and deliver high-quality service.

·         Account management & relationship building: Maintains, grows, and strengthens customer relationships while ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

·         Sales planning & performance: Collaborates with leadership to set goals, implements accounts, and works to meet or exceed revenue targets.

·         Market research & follow-through: Identifies opportunities through research, schedules appointments, follows up on leads, and supports ongoing sales activities.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Must have at least 1 to 3 years of LTL/LCL sales experience to be considered.
• Candidate should also have 3 to 5 years of transportation, logistics services, and business to business sales experience.
