Hiring Timeline:
The client will be conducting an onsite panel interview on July 23 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Candidates must be fully available during this scheduled interview window, as no alternate interview dates will be offered under any circumstances. Candidates who are not available during this time will not be considered for the position.
The start date for this role is August 10, 2026, and is not flexible or subject to change.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates should only apply if they meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse environments
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards
- Experience performing quality checks and identifying defects
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, documentation, or inventory systems (preferred)
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced production environment
- Demonstrated dependability with consistent, long-term employment experience
Position Summary:
The Assembly Technician works under direct supervision to assemble, modify, and package products according to defined quality, operational, and time standards. This role supports production efficiency, quality assurance, and accurate inventory flow in a manufacturing environment. Work includes routine to moderately skilled assembly tasks requiring attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to established procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Assemble, modify, and package finished products according to standard procedures while maintaining quality standards, accurate labeling, and efficient production.
- Perform quality inspections during assembly and packaging, ensuring products, materials, and packaging meet quality standards; report and escalate issues to mitigate quality or safety concerns.
- Manage materials and inventory flow for production, including maintaining line stock, supporting order fulfillment transactions, returning unused materials to storage, and coordinating movement of raw and finished goods to meet production schedules.
- Prepare completed products for shipment, including weighing, labeling, palletizing, recording required information, and moving finished packages to designated staging or shipping areas.
- Support operational continuity, including participating in model changeovers, maintaining workstation inventory levels, and assisting with end-of-production waste management when required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, packaging, and inventory transactions.
- Provide training or guidance to other department members as needed to support operational efficiency and adherence to established procedures.
Other Responsibilities:
- Follow company-wide safety programs, 6.S. initiatives, and ISO procedures.
- Provide consistent, high-quality output to ensure customer satisfaction and create value to exceed customer expectations.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required to accomplish essential functions of the job.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of industry best practices by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and visiting other manufacturing facilities as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent applicable education and work experience is required.
- Experience in general inspection, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Intermediate PC skills are required, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (and job-specific programs)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Solve problems using critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Actively participate in a team-oriented environment.
- Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e., label machine, small hand power tools, manual and semi-automated lines, etc.).
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a traditional office environment, however, may work in a manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment that is subject to moderate to high levels of noise, specialized apparel, and safety equipment, and moving mechanical parts. This position will have exposure to and use of materials listed in the company’s Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee conducts primarily medium work with constant periods of standing, walking, reaching, squatting, stooping, talking, listening, pushing, and pulling. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion with constant lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 30 pounds. Repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required.
