Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join a local healthcare clinic team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for consistent weekday hours.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $17.25/hour with no experience, up to $18.25/hour with experience

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone in a professional and compassionate manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to clinic staff
• Verify patient information and accurately update records in electronic systems
• Manage check-in and check-out processes, including collection of co-pays or balances
• Provide information to patients regarding clinic services and policies
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and handling mail

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, patient-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Computer proficiency; experience with scheduling systems or EHR is a plus
