CDL Driver Class A

Located in Alba, TX

Salary: Starting at $25/hr - DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a CDL Driver Class A position for a local Alba, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Operate an End Dump truck for local and regional hauling routes
• Transport loads from Alba to the quarry in Sawyer, with deliveries to Tawakoni
• Complete daily hauling schedules with a goal of two loads per day
• Safely load, transport, and unload materials using end dump equipment
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures
• Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors regarding route progress and delivery schedules

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Previous experience operating an End Dump truck or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong awareness of equipment operation, load safety, and road conditions
• Ability to handle physical demands associated with climbing in/out of trucks and performing inspections
