Located in Franklin, TN
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Assist with pool installation, including digging, leveling, setting forms, and preparing job sites
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
Support technicians with plumbing, electrical, and structural tasks as needed
Perform general maintenance such as cleaning pools, removing debris, and handling basic water treatment
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with homeowners
Assist with warehouse duties, inventory, and material staging when required
Previous experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
