Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm, Schedule Varies based on construction needs.
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for a Construction Company. They currently have a construction project in Zachary. This is a great opportunity with a well-established irrigation and drainage construction company.
Experience and Skills Required for Skid Steer Operator:
- Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with excavation and shaping of drainage ditches
- Perform grading, hauling, and site cleanup tasks
- Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with crew members on site
Requirements
- Prior experience operating a skid steer (construction or roadway experience preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability (consistent attendance is expected)
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
