Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Wire Puller / Entry-Level Electrician (HVAC-R) to support a commercial refrigeration project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the electrical or HVAC/R field. The role focuses on assisting with wiring installation, learning hands-on skills, and supporting experienced technicians on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

Pull, route, and secure electrical wiring for commercial refrigeration systems
Assist with installation of conduit, controls, and electrical components
Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications
Support HVAC/R and electrical technicians with daily tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment safely
Assist with equipment setup and project preparation

Qualifications

Trade school or college HVAC/R certificate
Basic understanding of tools and construction environments
Strong willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or in tight spaces
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours possibly including days/nights, on-call shifts, and out of tow
