Schedule: Monday-Friday *No Weekends

About the Role
Seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to fill Crew Members/Technicians roles. These roles offer hands-on experience in a variety of outdoor landscaping projects, perfect for individuals who enjoy working outside and want to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Installation of trees, shrubs, plants, and turf
• Preparation of planting areas and soil Hardscaping & Outdoor Construction
• Installation of patios, stone walls, and fire features
• Setup of landscape lighting and outdoor sound systems Property Care
• Maintenance of turf, gardens, and flower beds
• General property upkeep and seasonal work Waterscapes
• Installation of water features, ponds, and related elements Tree Care & Services
• Tree cutting, chipping, and pruning
• Safe handling of tools and equipment Qualifications
• Strong love for the outdoors and working in a variety of environments
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a team
• Ability to work professionally and courteously with coworkers
• Clean driving record
