We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Location: Middletown, CT or Moodus, CT site

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm

Pay rate: $20-23/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in company systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs.
  • Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
