General Labor / Field Technician

Pay: $17–18/hr
Schedule: Full-time (day shift)
Location: Various job sites (local travel required)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to support field operations at various job sites. This position involves hands-on work, material handling, and basic measurement tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Measure and cut materials using basic math and measuring tools
• Travel to different job sites and assist with on-site project work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler accurately
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

Work Environment & Benefits

• 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks
• Company-provided shirts; long pants required
• Steel-toe boots preferred (not required)
