Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Hire
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

As a General Labor / Molding Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by operating equipment and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Daily Duties Include:

• Operating molding and press machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring production runs and identifying quality concerns
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
• Cleaning, inspecting, and preparing parts for packaging
• Packaging finished products for shipment
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• Assisting with other manufacturing and general labor duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, turning, and reaching
• Continuous use of hands and arms throughout the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Previous press operation, molding machine operation, or manufacturing experience required
• Stable work history with strong job longevity preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents
• Basic understanding of measurements and manufacturing specifications
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
