What You'll Do

Assist with site preparation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
Support concrete, drilling, excavation, and foundation crews
Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
Use hand and power tools safely
Assist with digging, trench work, equipment setup, and general construction tasks
Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
Support deliveries, traffic control, and other field operations as needed

What We're Looking For

Construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable performing physically demanding work
Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime or travel locally as project needs require
