We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with hand and power tools are highly valued.

Rotational Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm , Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am ( must be flexible to work all shifts)

Pay: $19.00-CA$20.00 per hour

Duties

• Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
• Assist with assembly of products when required
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes
• Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with warehouse staff for inventory management and proper storage of finished goods
• Document production activities accurately and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and forklift (certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow detailed instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
