Production Operator Needed!

 

A growing manufacturing company in Haltom City is looking to add a Production Operator to their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement into a Shift Lead role.

 

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shifts

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr DOE

Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery used in the repackaging process
• Package cartridges into boxes for shipment
• Ensure product labels and printed materials are accurate and meet quality standards
• Monitor production processes and maintain efficiency
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

Production Operator Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Interest in growth opportunities and leadership development

Work Environment:

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Early morning schedules may be utilized during hotter months
