We are looking for dependable team members who are eager to learn how to assemble and solder electronic components according to customer specifications while maintaining high quality standards

Duties & Responsibilities

Follow instructions and standard assembly procedures
Assemble and solder electronic components per customer specifications
Use hand tools and basic automated tools in production
Align parts and build electronic assemblies accurately
Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
Document job status and report defects or issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support additional tasks as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

No experience required; training provided for motivated candidates
Soldering experience is desirable, but not required
Electronics or assembly experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude
Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn new skills
Basic hand tool experience helpful but not required

Pay:
$15.00 per hour

Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
