Machine Operator – Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.
• Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and housekeeping requirements.
• Assist with machine changeovers and equipment cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Typical Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and complete production records.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
