Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Install new windows and replace existing units in residential homes
• Measure openings and ensure proper fit and sealing
• Remove old windows safely and prep areas for installation
• Ensure installations are weatherproof, secure, and code compliant
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally

Qualifications

• Previous window installation or construction experience required
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work on ladders and in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically demanding tasks
