Express Employment Professionals of Danville is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find great people. We are currently seeking an HVAC Technician/Electrical worker for an Air Conditioning Contractor in Danville, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble HVAC equipment

• Braze components and support structures

• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, wiring terminations, and component installations

• Maintain and repair machinery with a focus on control wiring

• Understand and work on refrigeration systems

• Read blueprints, specs, and work orders to guide builds

• Use mechanical and automotive knowledge in repairs and diagnostics

• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl inside A/C units)

• Adjust, repair, or replace electrical/electronic parts to meet spec

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on mechanical and electrical experience

• Comfort with brazing, wiring, troubleshooting

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics

• Familiarity with refrigeration and automotive-style systems is a plus

• Strong practical skills — we value real-world experience over certifications
