Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Vertical Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience running repetitive production jobs on CNC equipment, including Vertical Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), while maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Vertical Lathes and VMCs to produce quality machined parts.

• Run repetitive production jobs and monitor machine performance.

• Load and unload materials and finished parts.

• Perform part inspections using precision measuring equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, routing sheets, and work instructions.

• Monitor tooling and make adjustments as needed.

• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Required experience operating a CNC Vertical Lathe.

• Experience running CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs).

• Experience machining various metals.

• Ability to read blueprints and follow written or verbal instructions.

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

• Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience.
