Job Title: Production Assembly Worker

Job Summary:
A Production Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role involves operating basic tools and equipment, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components accurately following work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and good teamwork skills.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• May require standing for extended periods and repetitive movements.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
