Salary: 14.50 - $16.68

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator who is able to think quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves operating production machinery, monitoring material input and output, and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise to ensure efficient production flow.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major concerns to supervisors
• Assist with loading materials and packaging finished products as needed
• Accurately cut and trim materials using sharp blades in accordance with established safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 months of experience utilizing basic hand tools (e.g., Allen wrenches, sharp blades, etc.) in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make quick and effective decisions
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
