Express Employment is hiring a HVAC Helper in Hattiesburg, MS! 

• $18/hour
• Weekly Pay
• Day Shift
• Temporary position with opportunity for permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems.

·         Run, measure, cut, and install copper refrigerant lines according to project specifications and industry standards.

·         Assist with the installation and startup of VRV/VRF systems and other HVAC equipment.

·         Support technicians with brazing, piping, ductwork, wiring, and system troubleshooting tasks.

·         Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

·         Assist with system testing, inspections, and quality checks to ensure proper operation.

·         Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions as directed.

·         Communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors, and project teams to complete work efficiently.

·         Perform other HVAC-related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

·         Previous HVAC installation or helper experience required.

·         Experience running and installing copper line sets.

·         Familiarity with Daikin (VRV) or other VRF/VRV systems preferred.

·         Basic knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation practices.

·         Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50+ pounds.

·         Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
