Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and coordinating AP/AR, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and coordinating clerical functions.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and soft skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tenure in previous roles is important to us.
