We are seeking another Employment Specialist/Recruiter

 

Job Location: Windsor, CT

Salary: $47,000/year salary plus incentive programs

Shift: 1^st shift Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Summary: Express Employment in Windsor is seeking to hire an Employment Specialist for our Windsor office! We are looking for someone who can recruit talent for our clients as well as talk to clients & make sales calls to bring in new job orders. 

Qualifications:

• Prior office work/experience in a professional type of environment
• Willing to work with a small team and be outgoing
• Enjoy being on the phone with associates and to make sales calls
• Prior Recruiter or sales experience a plus but not necessary
• Great speaking with others (clients and associates)
• Ability to multi-task 
• Typing skills 30+ wpm
• Great computer skills, not limited to MS word and excel and the ability to learn new software

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Schedule and perform interviews
• Work with clients to bring new jobs in and fill current needs
• Make sales calls 
• Work in a small team environment
• Recruit and use sources such as Indeed to recruit
