📍 Midland, TX💲 $18–$24/hr DOE🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a local oil & gas company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of dispatching experience and a strong understanding of coordinating field personnel, deliveries, equipment, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:• Coordinate drivers, field crews, and deliveries• Schedule and track equipment and materials• Communicate with customers, vendors, and field personnel• Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports• Assist with logistics and daily operational needs
Bilingual is a plus
