Groundsman Needed!

 

A growing logistics and transportation facility in the Haslet area is looking to add Groundsmen to their team!

 

Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR  8am - 8pm

Pay: $20.00/hr

 

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends
• Initial days off may fall during the week
• Flexibility is required

Groundsman Responsibilities:

• Lock and unlock shipping containers throughout the yard
• Walk the facility grounds throughout the shift
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Maintain awareness of surroundings in an active transportation environment
• Perform additional yard duties as assigned

Groundsman Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Ability to walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Safety-conscious mindset

Required PPE:

• Steel-toe or composite-toe work boots
• Minimum 6-inch boot height
• Lace-up style required
• Defined heel required
