Field Operations Manager – Binghamton, NY

$65,000 – $75,000 annually

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Binghamton area to identify a hands-on Field Operations Manager to oversee daily jobsite activity and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is best suited for someone who prefers being in the field, leading crews, and managing work as it happens.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate field crews across job sites
• Plan daily schedules and assign work responsibilities
• Monitor job progress and address issues as they arise
• Ensure work meets quality expectations and deadlines
• Maintain and enforce safe work practices
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, field operations, or jobsite supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Organized, dependable, and problem-solving mindset
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Early start times and extended days may be required based on project needs
