This is a results‑driven, activity‑focused role ideal for candidates with experience in call centers, outbound sales, or inside sales. Success in this position comes from consistent outreach, strong communication, and the ability to stay positive through frequent rejection.

Key Responsibilities

• Appointment scheduling for the Business Development Manager; goal of 10+ qualified appointments weekly
• Engage decision‑makers and introduce staffing solutions
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a confident, positive tone
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and track all activity
• Follow up with prospects to secure confirmed appointments

Qualifications

• Experience in sales-focused call center, outbound calling, or inside sales
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
• Strong communication, persistence, and follow‑through
• Goal‑oriented with a consistent work ethic
• Ability to stay motivated in a high‑rejection environment

Compensation

• $23–$25/hour base (DOE)
• $100 per kept appointment
• Weekly goal: 10 appointments

Earning Potential

• Typical weekly earnings: $1,800–$2,000
• Top performers: $2,200+

Performance Expectations

• 120+ outbound calls weekly
• 10+ booked and held appointments weekly
• Consistent activity, follow‑up, and CRM accuracy
