CNC Technician I (Entry Level) 

Location: Los Alamitos but must be willing to travel

Hours: 1st shift - must be flexible

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Job Summary

A growing industrial services company is seeking Technician I (Entry-Level) team members to support CNC machine maintenance at customer sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career and grow into Tech II or Tech III (Supervisor level). We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who are ready to learn and advance.

Responsibilities

• Drive company service trucks to customer machine shops
• Clean and maintain CNC machines, including removing coolant and debris
• Vacuum metal chips and wipe down machine interiors
• Ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for before and after each job
• Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE
• Work closely with senior technicians and seek guidance when needed

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shifts typically 8–10 hours per day, with overtime as needed
• Open availability required, including weekends (Sundays typically optional)
• Work performed at various customer sites

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply – training provided
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong reliability and attendance (90%+ required)
• Ability to coordinate schedule changes with management when needed
