Duties

• Operate CNC and production machinery to meet daily manufacturing goals
• Load fixtures, perform setups, and adjust processes as needed
• Inspect parts under a microscope to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain a clean and safe production environment (OSHA compliant)
• Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines
• Follow documented procedures and quality standards at all times

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (CNC, semiconductor, or manufacturing preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine setup and adjustments
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (microscope experience a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
