Job Title: Summer Camp Housekeeping Aide

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Seasonal summer position. Additional hours may be required for events or deep-cleaning needs.

Pay: $20 per hour

Description:

Our client is looking for a Summer Camp Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for campers ranging from preschool through middle school. This role supports daily camp operations by ensuring all indoor and outdoor spaces are cleaned, stocked, and ready for activities.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize camp areas including classrooms, restrooms, and common spaces
• Refill restroom supplies
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and spot-clean floors
• Set up and break down rooms for activities and events
• Assist with cleanup after crafts, meals, and programs
• Report maintenance or safety concerns
• Support housekeeping needs during extended care and special events

Qualifications or Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor camp environment
• Background check required.
