Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Inventory control
• Assisting clients with parts inquiries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Processing special orders
• Resolve escalated complaints in a timely and professional manner. 
• Provide great customer service

Qualifications: 

• Strong familiarity with automotive, agricultural, or industrial equipment
• Previous Sales & Customer Service Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
• Strong attention to detail
