Spare Parts Associate - $18.25/hr + $50 weekly attendance bonus

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Spare Parts Associate for a local car parts manufacturing company in Kodak, TN.

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

 

• Responsible for inventory control, which includes organization of drawings, maintain inventory master list, creating
• and managing kanbans, preparing for parts purchase, performing and maintaining spare parts system.
• Perform duties and responsible for maintenance inventory system to include drawing organization, spare parts list
• update and maintenance, development and control of kanbans.
• Insurance of spare parts up-to-date and availability.
• Inspects new parts for confirmation.
• Inspects standard documents and verifies the conformance.
• Responsible for all inventory records, cycle counts.
• Ability to estimate part usage, usage monthly.
• Assure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Maintains area equipment and ensures a clean and safe work environment.
• Basic understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and ability to utilize
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• Computer skills
• Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems, gauging, and close tolerance measurement. 
• Problem solve and troubleshoot and/or use. 
• Physical ability to access equipment.
• Must flexible and able to work any shift and overtime.

 

 

Job Title Shift:

• Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm
• Full-time
• Overtime on Saturdays as needed
