Salary: 18-20/hour

Looking for a Groundskeeper to help maintain an apartment complex in St Charles Parish.

 

Pay is $18-$20 an hour depending on experience.

 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the grounds.
• Cleaning the laundry room.
• Picking up trash around the complex.
• Getting apartments ready for new occupants.
• Assisting the Lead Maintenance Tech as needed in apartment repairs

Skills and Qualities Required:

• Can be trained to be a helper for general maintenance.
• Can be an independent worker at times.
• Works well with others.
• Customer service oriented.
• Experience working for an apartment complex is a plus
• Must be drug free.
• Is able to perform Medium-Heavy lifting at times
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation

Pay is $18-$20 an hour depending on experience.

 

Must be able to pass a drug screen and have a clean criminal background.
