Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Roll Forming Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Wickliffe. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operation experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked with fabrication or roll forming machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate roll forming machines according to specifications

• Feed raw materials into machines and monitor the process to ensure consistent quality

• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances and production efficiency

• Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards

• Complete production logs and documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating roll forming or similar fabrication equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic blueprints

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to train and work overtime if required

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
