Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Operations Associate/Installation Coordinator starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Range - $20.00/HR - $22.00/HR (Depending on skilled and experience)
• Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Full-time, permanent opportunity

Job Duties:

• Coordinate flooring installation projects to ensure completion within 2–7 days of the sale date while meeting customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers and installers throughout the installation process to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
• Review measurements, verify deposits and financing, order and track materials, and manage job scheduling and rescheduling as needed.

Requirements:

• MUST have strong Customer Service and administrative support experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Previous flooring, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus.
