Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Property Inspector to join our client’s property management team. 

 

$18.00/+ mileage

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

 

Must have dependable transportation

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Home inspections on rental properties
• Prepare lease agreements
• Property showings
• Answering the phone and scheduling appointments
• Checking properties for readiness and cold weather 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Proven organizational kills
• Knowledge of Cheyenne
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with technology and preferably experience with an iPad
