Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician for a clean, well-lit plant environment in Nappanee, IN.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Direct Hire

What you’ll be doing:

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, and test plant equipment
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic maintenance
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment running safely
• Read blueprints and diagrams
• Use forklifts, JLGs, scissor lifts, and basic repair tools

Ideal candidate has:

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently without needing babysat
• Experience in a fast-paced plant or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs as needed

Steel toes, safety glasses, and hard hat required on the floor.
