Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Starts and Closings meetings by gathering, updating, and communicating all pertinent information.
• Review and distribute daily Starts reports to Operations leadership.
• Coordinate required loan documentation, appraisals, and inspections with lenders for pending loans.
• Maintain accurate data entry and reporting for Starts and Closings.
• Coordinate, organize, and manage all HUD documentation.
• Oversee the pending sales process, including sales tracking, reporting, and opening escrow.
• Manage the contract process, including auditing contracts for accuracy and completeness.
